Raspberry & White Chocolate Brownie

Because there is always room for dessert, try this chocolate lovers fudge brownie delight, its going straight to your hips!

Cook Time: 90 minutes + cooling time
Prep Time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  1. Light your charcoal in your Char-Griller Charcoal Chimney Starter and when ready, add to your Char-Griller Ceramic Kamado or Akorn barbecue.
  2. Bring temp to 350°f.
  3. Grease a large baking dish with butter and dust with sifted cocoa.
  4. Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl.
  5. Add sugars, vanilla and then eggs. Mix well.
  6. Sift cocoa, flour and baking powder. Add to the bowl with salt and whisk until incorporated.
  7. Pour batter into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Add raspberries and white chocolate pieces. Press the raspberries and some of the
  9. chocolate just under the surface of the brownie.
  10. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until it appears fudgy when tested. The skewer should come out almost clean.
