Warranty Information
When does coverage begin?
Coverage on your Char-Griller grill starts on the original date of purchase. Only the original purchaser is covered under this warranty. Please make sure you retain a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt). Locate your grill serial number and register your grill as indicated below.
How to claim warranty
If you haven’t yet, register your grill and make sure you retain a copy of your proof of purchase (receipt). Grills must be registered to file a warranty claim. Register your grill here.
Tip: Use your mobile device to take a picture of your receipt just in case you misplace the physical copy.

What we cover
Char-Griller will replace any defective part of its grillers/smokers, under warranty, as outlined below:
- Charcoal & Pellet Grills
- Gas Grills
- Dual Fuels
- Parts, Accessories, and Grill Covers
What is not covered?
Surface issues such as:
- Scratches
- Dents
- Corrosion
- Discolouring by Heat
- Abrasive and Chemical Cleaners
IMPORTANT: Surface rust of the discoloration of steel surfaces are NOT covered.
What will void warranty
Warranties are for the replacement of defective parts only.
Char-Griller is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Alterations
- Misuse
- Abuse
- Hostile environments
- Improper installation
