Pizza Flavoured Jalapeno Poppers

Instructions

  1. Cut the jalapeños down the middle and separate into two halves.
  2. Using a small spoon hollow out the insides of the jalapeños. Ensure to remove all the seeds.
  3. In a bowl mix the tomato pizza sauce, pepperoni, cream cheese, and cheese together.
  4. With a small spoon scoop the mix into the hollowed-out jalapeños.
  5. Wrap each jalapeño with a length of steaky bacon, using a toothpick to hold in place.
  6. Light the Char-Griller Akorn and bring up to 300F.
  7. Cook for 40 minutes or until bacon is cooked and golden.
  8. Stand for 10 minutes to cool, then serve.

Note: Ensure hands are properly washed before and after handling jalapeños
