Instructions
Light the Char-Griller Akorn and bring to 300F
In a medium sized pot melt the butter and cocoa together
Add the sugar and continue to stir until all combined together
Take the pot off the BBQ and whisk in one egg at a time
Add the flour and stir until all combined
Line a medium sized foil tray with baking paper and pour in the mixture
Coarsely chop the chocolate into chunky pieces and press them into the mixture, about halfway down, so they are covered by the mixture
Place back into the middle of the Akorn and close the lid. Cook inside until you can poke a knife into the brownie, and it comes out clean. Around 40 minutes
Cut into 12 generous pieces and top with a sprinkle of icing sugar and your favourite ice cream
