INGREDIENTS |
- Pork Tenderloin (according to desired size)
- Bacon (enough to cover size of pork loin)
- Chipotle Orange glaze
- Seasoning Blend of your choice

COOKING METHOD |
- Lay your tenderloins out and season them with your choice of seasoning blend.
- Cover with a layer of bacon and some of your Chipotle Orange Glaze.
- Tie Bacon and pork loin together with a butcher’s cord.
- Using butcher’s cord or string, weave around the bacon and wrap it around the tenderloins.
- Place pork loin directly on the grill for 2 hours at 107˚C.
- Brush a heavy coat of Chipotle Orange Glaze over the pork loin in the last half hour.
- Smoke these for two hours looking for an internal temp 63˚C.
- Keep in mind that the meat will continue cooking for another 10 degrees after you pull it off the grill.
