INGREDIENTS
  • 4 corn cobs, in their husks
  • Butter for serving

COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Prepare your grill with direct, high heat, about 232°C.
  2. Place the corn in the husks on the hot grill. Place cover over grill.
  3. Turn the corn occasionally, until the husks are charred on all sides for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Remove corn from grill and let it sit for 5 minutes. Use a hand towel to protect your hands while removing the silks and charred husks from the corn.
  5. Serve hot, with butter.
