SPICY SRIRACHA CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS
  • 20 chicken wings and/or drummettes
  • BBQ dry rub (must not contain sugar)
  • 1/2 cup or more of BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha

COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Rinse the wings and pat dry. Generously sprinkle chicken wings with your choice of BBQ dry rub.
  2. Combine the BBQ sauce and Sriracha to form a glaze.
  3. Prepare and preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook with the lid closed for 20 minutes.
  5. Turn the wings, coat with glaze and continue to cook for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 76˚C.
  6. Tent the wings for 10 minutes under foil before serving.
